General Meeting @Maker Nexus

We have a very special program planned!

• We'll be meeting at Maker Nexus in Sunnyvale. We'll begin the meeting with a brief overview of their organization and a short tour through their 3D printing and CNC routing area.  

• Next, Jamie Meador will present a hands-on demo of making texture stamps to use in clay. We'll send out a short list of recommended tools to bring with you in the next few days. OVCAG will provide the clay.  

• At the conclusion of the demo, a complete tour of Maker Nexus will be offered for anyone who'd like to see the entire facility.

This is an amazing facility that is a wonderland for creative people.  It's "a membership-based non-profit makerspace that provides tools, resources and training for making your creative ideas a reality."  Their equipment includes 3D printers, CNC routers, wood-working equipment, sewing resources, electronic equipment and much more!
